Penrith Westfield Centre Court came to a standstill on Thursday night, when the Panthers NRL squad sat down for a signing and photo session with fans.

People had started lining up hours before the event which kicked off just after 6.30pm and went through until 8pm.

Fans came armed with jerseys, footballs and posters for the boys to sign, and everyone was able to have a photo with their favourite player.

Our cheerleaders opened the event with a special performance, and then handed OAK drinks out to the crowd while they waited in line.

The signing session followed a special civic reception at Penrith Council, where the Mayor wished them luck for the 2014 season before staff and selected fans were able to get photos and autographs.
