At 8.15am yesterday morning the Penrith Panthers gathered in the carpark at Sportingbet Stadium, prepped and ready to visit thousands of school kids in the Penrith District as part of the 2014 Community Carnival.

The boys were broken up into small groups and were given four local schools they were to visit throughout the day.

At each location, they sat down with the students to speak about bullying and other peer-related problems, and to try and inspire them to live healthy and active lives.

Over a four hour period, our players reached more than 12,800 kids at 44 schools.

It’s safe to say the children had a ball, and the players were exhausted by the end of the day!
