Hosted at the state-of-the-art Panthers Rugby League Academy in Penrith, this immersive experience provides rare insight into what drives the Panthers on and off the field.

- Tour of the Panthers Rugby League Academy
- Business Sessions in the Western Sydney Community and Conference Centre (WSCCC)
- Leadership and Culture Sessions with Panthers CEO Matthew Cameron

- Sporting clinics with coaching staff
