Primary Classroom Program
The Panthers on the Prowl Primary Classroom Program is a long-running initiative to mentor local students.
The program is aimed at building self-esteem, socials skills, resilience, leadership and to help improve the engagement and motivation of Penrith's youth.
The program takes place at the Panthers Foundation Headquarters, where students participate in activities aligned with the NSW School Syllabus and designed to strengthenĀ emotional and social wellbeing.
Since its inception in 2002, more than 3,000 students have graduated from the program, including Panthers' star Izack Tago (Class of 2011).
As the Foundation's longest-running initiative, the program continues to demonstrate measurable community impact, as evidenced by the high volume of school applications received each year.
2025 IMPACT
Last year, 120 students from 16 local schools participated in the program, including 40 Stage 3 and 80 Stage 2 students.
Feedback from parents and teachers indicates that students who complete the program show:

- Greater confidence and resilienceĀ
- A more positive attitude towards learningĀ
