Empowering Young Women

The Empowering Young Women (EYW) program is a group mentoring initiative that provides a safe, supportive environment for girls to connect with experienced and reliable role models.

Mentors encourage positive decision-making, resilience and personal responsibility, helping participants build both clarity and confidence in their everyday lives.

2025 Impact

The impact of the 2025 program is evident in the powerful transformations observed throughout the year, participants reported:

  • Stronger relationships built on trust and encouragement
  • Improved self esteem and belief and in their individual potential
  • A renewed sense of purpose, direction and hope for their personal and academic futures
  • The Empowering Young Women Program continues to strengthen its impact, helping girls rise into their potential with confidence and connection.
