Scott Sorensen returns to the side after overcoming a knee injury, while Luke Garner shifts to the interchange.
Nathan Cleary will miss another week with a hamstring injury, giving Brad Schneider another opportunity to partner Jarome Luai in the halves.
The Panthers will wear the 2024 home jersey for the Round 7 match.
