Hertz Man of the Match: Panthers v Roosters

The Panthers got off to a quick start and held firm to defeat a star-studded Roosters side 22-16 at Allianz Stadium, recording three straight wins in the process.

Sunia Turuva troubled the Roosters from the start, scoring his first career hat-trick while Dylan Edwards (265 running metres) was superb in the absence of co-captain Nathan Cleary.

Mitch Kenny (42 tackles) and Lindsay Smith (40 tackles) led the defensive effort.
