After enduring a season ruined by injury, Penrith prop Brent Kite confirms he has played his final NRL game.

Kite played a total of 313 NRL games after making his debut for St George-Illawarra Dragons in 2002. He went on to win an NRL Premiership with Manly in 2008, along with claiming the Clive Churchill Medal, before playing his final two seasons with the Panthers.

Penrith Panthers thank Brent for his incredible contribution to the game of rugby league and wish him all the best for the future.

Hear more about Brent's career, favourite moments and future plans in an exclusive interview on The Sunday Footy Show. The interview will air on this Sunday's episode - Channel Nine from 11am.
