Penrith wheelchair rugby league captain Nathan Pentecost has completed his 100km push to raise money for the Kokoda Leadership Project.

Over Friday and Saturday last week Nathan completed a gruelling 20 laps of the Sydney International Regatta Centre - roughly the distance of two and a half marathons.

He undertook the challenge to raise funds for Panthers on the Prowl's Kokoda Leadership Project. The initiative gives local high school students the opportunity to participate in a life-changing trek on the Kokoda Track, accompanied by business and community leaders.

Nathan was hoping to raise $10,000 - enough to pay for two more students to join the trek this year.
