Ronnie Palmer and Kieran Moss show us the Step Up, an exercise used to strengthen the legs.

Kieran demonstrates the basic, intermediate and advanced levels. 

Ronnie also reminds us about doing regular exercise, having a balanced diet and regular sleep patterns.
