The Penrith Panthers can confirm that subject to NRL approval, Mose Masoe will be joining the club for seasons 2013 and 2014.
Penrith Panthers General Manager Rugby League Phil Moss said: “Mose will be a tremendous asset to our forward pack. We look forward to welcoming him into the squad once negotiations have been completed.”
Out of respect for the Roosters and Mose, the Panthers will make no further comment at this time.
